Bob Pantalone

Bob Pantalone serves as the Senior Director & Head of Learning and Training at Hayes Locums since July 2022, where responsibilities include the strategic identification and evaluation of training requirements to align workforce skills with company goals. Prior to this, Bob held the position of Director of Sales Enablement, focusing on leading sales training for associates, and served as Director of Sales Training and Talent Development Manager at Schneider from May 2014 to July 2022. In earlier roles, Bob contributed as a Sales Enablement Manager and Senior Sales Account Manager at Schneider National, a prominent provider of transportation and logistics services. Bob earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Acting and Interpretation from Central Michigan University between 2004 and 2009.
