Justin Shrader

Justin Shrader started their work experience as an Assistant Manager at Walgreens in 2010. In the same year, they transitioned to Lockton Companies and held various positions, including Technical Service Assistant, Account Administrator - Healthcare Practice, Senior Account Manager, Account Executive, Assistant Vice President - Account Executive, and Vice President - Account Executive. In 2023, Shrader joined Hayes Locums as the Vice President of Risk Management.

Justin Shrader attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. In addition to their formal education, Justin obtained various certifications in the insurance industry. Justin became an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) in May 2011, an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) in February 2012, an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) in October 2013, and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) in September 2014. Most recently, in March 2020, they obtained an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) certification from The Institutes.
