Catherine Proctor

Catherine Proctor has extensive experience in the field of compliance and auditing. Catherine began their career in 2005 as a Physician Coder at Loma Linda University Medical Center. In this role, they coded physician services in various surgical specialties and organized productivity tracking in the coding department. Catherine then moved up to Physician Auditor and Compliance Program Manager, where they developed hospital and physician billing audit work plans and educated staff on audit outcomes and regulatory changes.

In 2012, Proctor joined Hayes as a Product Manager. Catherine then took on the roles of Lead Business Analyst, Lead Development Analyst, and Senior Development Analyst. Finally, they served as Implementation Project Manager, where they worked with clients to implement and customize the MDaudit product suite for their compliance needs and managed multiple implementations.

Catherine Proctor's education history includes graduating from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature in 2002 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2002. Catherine also graduated from Bettendorf High School in 1998. In addition, they hold three certifications: Pragmatic Management Certified (PMC-I) from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) obtained in 2020, Certified Coding Specialist from AHIMA obtained in 2010, and Certified Professional Coder from AAPC obtained in 2005.
