Craig Surette

Craig Surette has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Craig started their career at Cigna, where they worked as a Documentation Specialist, providing custom documentation on member benefits. Craig then joined athenahealth, initially working in Professional Services and later moving into Client Success, where they were responsible for onboarding new clients. Craig also served as an Integration Product Manager at athenahealth, leading the scoping, testing, and deployment of integration platform requirements.
