Shanda Hall, RN, BSN-BC has a wide range of work experience. Shanda began their career in 1998 at Christiana Care Health System as a Physician's Office Practice Coordinator, where they managed daily activities of a primary care practice with approximately 5,000 patients and 60+ resident physicians. Shanda also acted as a Critical Care RN, providing bedside care to critically ill and post surgical patients in a 9-bed urban hospital setting. In 2011, they joined Allscripts as an Expert Client Account Manager, where they were responsible for cultivating relationships with client users and executives, building credibility and trust, and managing escalated issues to resolution. Shanda then moved on to become a Senior Account Manager, Senior Client Advocate (Account Manager), and Training Consultant. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager for Hayes.

Shanda Hall, RN, BSN-BC obtained their BA and BSN from the University of Delaware between 1989 and 1994, majoring in Biological Sciences and Nursing.
