Carol McHugh

Carol McHugh started their work experience as an Audit Senior at Anderson, Tackman & Company, PLC in 1988. Carol then joined A.O. Smith as an Internal Auditor in 1993 and later became the Manager of Financial Reporting. In 2003, they joined Actuant Corporation as the Director of Internal Audit before transitioning to the role of Enerpac Americas Finance Leader and later Weasler Controller. In 2019, they moved to Weasler Engineering as the Global Controller and recently joined Hayes Performance Systems as the Controller of Hayes Bicycle Group in 2023.

Carol McHugh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marquette University. Carol also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the Northern Michigan University College of Business. Additionally, Carol has a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
