Peter True

Peter True has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Peter started their career at Robert Bosch North America in 1993, where they worked as a Systems Engineer and Project Manager for 16 years. In 2009, they joined GS Engineering Inc as a Program Manager for a year before moving to Hayes Performance Systems in 2010. At Hayes Performance Systems, Peter held several positions including Engineering Manager, Director of Product Development, Director of Quality and Supply Chain, and currently holds the position of Director of Research and Development.

Peter True has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. In 2019, they completed the Living as a Leader, Leadership Development System. In 2018, Peter completed the Production and Inventory Management: APICS CPIM Part 1 and 2 course. In 2010, they took the Dale Carnegie Course for High Impact Presentations, and in 2009, they completed the Dale Carnegie Course for Effective Communications and Human Relations. In 2007, Peter completed the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Program and the North America Leadership Development Program. Currently, they are pursuing the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which they started in 2020.
