Philip Malliet

President & CEO at Hayes Performance Systems

Philip Malliet has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Philip started their career at Cooper Power Systems, where they held various positions such as Product Manager, Sales Manager, Market Manager, Application Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. Philip then joined Generac Corporation as the Director of Specialty Products & National Account Manager.

In 1994, Malliet moved on to Applied Power, Inc. as the VP & General Manager of the Power Packer/Apitech Division. During their time there, they led the $80M division, overseeing the manufacturing of actuation systems, suspension technology, and high-speed valves for automotive markets, as well as actuation systems for medical transport and specialty beds.

From 2000 to 2004, Malliet worked as the President of Symmetry Solutions LLC, a consulting firm specializing in strategy development, strategy deployment, and operational guidance. Philip worked with clients of various sizes, helping them capture new revenue streams, broaden market opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.

In 2004, Malliet became the President & CEO of Lucas Milhaupt, Inc., a leading international manufacturer of engineered brazing consumables. Philip took over a shrinking company and successfully implemented strategies for growth, expanding the company's presence globally.

Most recently, in 2014, Malliet assumed the role of President & CEO at Hayes Performance Systems.

Philip Malliet attended Marquette University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Philip later pursued further education at the same university from 1990 to 1994 and earned an MBA degree with a focus on Finance, Economics, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior.
