Timothy Hake, MBA

Timothy Hake, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and environmental health & safety. Timothy started their career as an HR Field Representative at First Health in 1999, providing HR support during a period of organizational change. Timothy later joined P&H Mining Equipment as an HR Manager, where they had global responsibility for a shared services IT division and managed employee relations, compensation, recruitment, and performance management. In addition, Timothy served as the Interim Canadian HR Manager, conducting a review of HR processes and policies. Timothy then moved on to Lucas Milhaupt as the Director of Human Resources & EH&S, where they focused on lean manufacturing practices and strategic initiatives such as organization development and succession planning. Currently, Timothy is the Director of Human Resources & EH&S at Hayes Performance Systems, where they oversee labor relations, talent management, and employee development.

Timothy Hake, MBA, pursued higher education at Concordia University-Wisconsin. From 1994 to 1997, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Management Communications, specializing in Business Communications. Timothy further advanced their academic journey by enrolling in the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program at the same university from 2011 to 2015.
