Steve Tissiman

Steve Tissiman is an experienced operations analyst currently working at Hayfin Capital Management LLP since June 2023. Prior to this role, Steve undertook a traveling and career break from March 2022 to April 2023, during which Steve traveled across Europe and Central America and completed the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate. Steve's previous positions include middle office and operations at Nevastar Finance, where responsibilities included cash reconciliation and team management; fund accounting and operations at Skybound Capital Group, focusing on liquidity analysis; and senior fund accountant at Maitland, handling cash and positions reconciliations.
