Harshana Silva

Harshana Silva has a work experience that includes a role as a Junior Executive Operations at Hayleys Advantis Limited starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Management Trainee at St Regis Packaging (Pvt) Ltd from February 2022 to May 2022. They also held a position as a Logistics Intern at Industrilas from November 2019 to April 2020.

Harshana Silva's education history started in 2002 at Maris Stella College Negombo, where they pursued a degree in Commerce until 2015. In 2017, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Computer Literacy at the Open University of Sri Lanka. Concurrently in 2017, they also obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka. In the same year, they enrolled at the University of Cambridge for the Cambridge English Entry Level Certificate in ESOL International (Business Preliminary). Finally, from 2018 to 2022, Harshana studied at SLIIT and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree specialized in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
