Yasara Diyanananda

Yasara Diyanananda is currently working as a Team Lead - Finance Operations at Hayleys Advantis Limited, starting in January 2022. Previously, they worked as a Business Analyst - Business Excellence at the same company from May 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Hayleys Advantis Limited, Yasara worked at MAS Holdings as an Associate - Accounts Receivable from January 2017 to May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at WNS Global Services as a Senior Associate from June 2016 to January 2017 and as an Associate from May 2015 to June 2016. Yasara'searliest work experience was as an Accounts Assistant at Sunbird Ceylon Pvt. Ltd from June 2014 to March 2015.

Yasara Diyanananda completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Colombo from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they pursued a course in Management Accountancy at CIMA. Before their university education, Yasara attended Anula Vidyalaya in Nugegoda from 1996 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Business Excellence champion certification from Hayleys Advantis Limited in April 2021. Yasara also received the WNS Buddy certification from WNS Global Services in 2016. Additionally, Yasara achieved a Distinction in the Australian National Chemistry Quiz twice in 2006 and 2008. Yasara obtained the Council of Europe Level B2 certification from the University of Cambridge and the International Computer Driving License from the ECDL Foundation. Furthermore, Yasara completed a Professional Diploma in Enterprise Resource Planning at the ERP Business School.
