Nimanthika Soysa

Nimanthika Soysa is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Design & Innovation at Hayleys Fabric PLC since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nimanthika held the position of Senior Designer at MAS Holdings_Bodyline from May 2018 to March 2023, working with notable brands such as Lululemon, Victoria's Secret, Nike, and ASOS, with a focus on product R&D and innovation. Nimanthika has also contributed as a Designer at MAS Holdings_Bodyline from May 2013 to 2018, specializing in swimwear and sportswear design. Nimanthika holds a B.Design (Hons.) in Fashion Design & Product Development from the University of Moratuwa and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Northampton.
