Haylor Leadership works with UK professional services firms dealing with a very specific challenge: the widening gap between how their senior management layer leads and how their Gen Z workforce responds to it.

Most leadership training addresses the symptom. We address the cause.

Founded by David Haylor - ex-British Army officer, 13-year CEO, and leadership researcher - we combine Sandhurst-trained military leadership principles with deep knowledge of how Gen Z actually thinks, behaves, and responds to authority in 2026.

Our work is built on the CLEAR Leadership Framework: a practical, evidence-based system for building high-performance, multi-generational teams. Not theory. Not tick-box training. Frameworks that managers can apply from Monday morning.

We work with law firms, accounting firms, insurance companies, and asset management businesses. Typically where senior partners are brilliant technically, and genuinely struggling to lead the generation below them.

Our flagship services:

Leading Gen Z - a high-impact workshop for senior leadership teams on how to lead, retain, and get the best from Gen Z talent.

PULSE Leadership Programme - six-month leadership development for cohorts of up to seven people.

Executive Coaching - 1:1 coaching for senior leaders navigating complexity or transition.

Strategic Facilitation - offsite design, partner days, and team alignment sessions.

Good leaders change the world for the better. We are here to create more of them.
