Ana Paula Montanha

Ana Paula Montanha currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Strategy and Implementation at HAYMAN-WOODWARD, responsible for developing the company's strategic growth plans. With extensive experience in the Executive Search industry, Ana Paula has also been Global Human Resources Director, overseeing HR strategy across five corporate divisions in four countries. Co-founding Hayman-Woodward Human Capital Services in 2020, Ana Paula leads a variety of management consulting services. Additionally, Ana Paula is a non-executive board member on the Strategy Committee of the International Project Management Association. Previously, Ana Paula held senior roles at DHR International, focusing on Latin America, and has a strong educational background with advanced degrees from the University of Michigan, FGV, and Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
