David Ellis

David Ellis is an experienced executive with a distinguished career spanning multiple sectors. As the Chief Executive and Founder of Maikai since January 2020, David focuses on driving positive change. In addition, David serves as a Global Impact Board Member at Haymarket Media Group and as a Board Member for Commonwealth Games England. Previously, David held the position of Chief Executive at Harlequin FC for eight years and was the Group Director of Business Development & Marketing at Catalyst Housing Group. Earlier roles include Business Director for UK & Ireland at Brightpoint and Director at Catalyst Networks Ltd, as well as Business Development Manager at Systemsfusion in San Francisco. David holds a degree in Theology from Durham University and attended Westminster School in London.
