Giorgio Bovenzi is a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP, advising global financial institutions and corporates on global credit risk management, cross-border restructuring and insolvency, and conflicts of law matters. In addition, Giorgio is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University, teaching courses on U.S. law. With previous experience at Dentons and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Giorgio has a strong background in international insolvency, cross-border banking and finance, and Chapter 15 cases. Bovenzi also served as a member of the Project Review & Advisory Group at Leiden Law School/INSOL Europe, developing European Principles and Best Practices for Insolvency Office Holders.
