Sarah Oldfather

Sarah Oldfather has extensive experience in payroll and accounting, currently serving as Corporate Payroll Manager at Haynes International since January 2001, where responsibilities include managing all aspects of the payroll department, employing the Kronos payroll system for processing and reporting domestic payrolls. Prior to this, Sarah held several positions at Lear Corporation from January 1998 to January 2001, including Cost Accounting Manager, General Accounting Manager, and Accounting Supervisor. Sarah earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Kokomo between 2003 and 2005.
