Timothy Heinbaugh has over 17 years of experience in maintenance management and supervision, currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at Haynes International since September 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Maintenance Manager at G&S Metals, overseeing a team of 10 and managing the maintenance budget, and supervising maintenance operations at Heartland Aluminum, where responsibilities included maintaining various furnaces and equipment.
