Kraig graduated from Bates College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He has held a Board of Governor’s seat, President, and Director status of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHRAE from 1985 to 1996; and has been involved in many community programs including Families First, Belay Board of Governors, and Save Our Youth. He was a Bridgton academy Trustee from 2003 – 2009 and inducted into the Bridgton Academy Hall of Fame in 2010. He started working for Haynes in 1982 as a New Equipment Sales Representative and has worked in many roles during his career including Service Manager, General Manager, and currently President & CEO.
