Matt Ward

Matt Ward has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt started their career as a Marketing Intern at Federated Investors in 2011, where they were responsible for updating internal websites and analyzing electronic marketing data. From 2012 to 2014, Matt worked as an Outside Sales Associate at Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System, specializing in healthcare cleaning and providing cleaner workplaces for businesses.

In 2014, Matt joined Haynes Mechanical Systems as a Maintenance Sales representative, where they provided facility services to a wide range of businesses to generate operational cost savings. Their role involved HVAC services, building automation systems, and energy services, serving markets such as data centers, commercial real estate, manufacturing, and healthcare. Matt steadily grew within the company, progressing to the role of Senior Maintenance Sales and recently becoming the Denver Maintenance Sales Manager in 2021.

Additionally, Matt gained valuable customer service experience at Oakmont Country Club, where they worked as a Caddy from 2005 to 2014. Matt provided personal caddy services to club members, demonstrating excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Matt Ward completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from PennWest Clarion, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Franklin Regional High School from 2003 to 2007. Besides their formal education, Matt Ward has also obtained certifications in Challenger Sales from ABM Industries and Gap Selling.
