Ben Owens

Ben Owens is a Partner in the Finance Section at Haynes and Boone, LLP, focusing on leveraged finance and private credit transactions since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ben served as a Partner at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC from February 2016 to March 2023, and worked as an Associate in the Commercial Lending and Real Estate groups at Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. from September 2012 to February 2016. Ben holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The University of Alabama School of Law (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School (2005-2009).
