Brian Sung

Brian Sung is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Derivatives Practice Group at Haynes and Boone, LLP since February 2011, specializing in derivatives, commodities, prime brokerage, structured equity/margin lending, and cryptocurrency financing. Prior to this role, Brian held positions at prominent law firms including Linklaters, Weil Gotshal and Manges, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Clifford Chance LLP, focusing on structured finance and derivatives transactions across a variety of domains. Brian obtained a JD from Columbia Law School and an A.B. in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College.
