David Hengstler

David Hengstler is a partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP since February 2024, specializing in secured and unsecured lending transactions, syndicated transactions, complex workouts and restructures, as well as the enforcement of creditor's rights and remedies. Prior to this role, David served as a partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP from 2004 to February 2024, focusing on similar areas of legal expertise. David is experienced in documenting corporate finance transactions, real estate joint venture equity financing, and bond-related financing transactions. David holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from USC Gould School of Law, obtained between 2001 and 2004, and studied at UC Irvine from 1998 to 2000.
