David Odell

David ODell is a Partner at Haynes and Boone, having started as an Associate attorney in 1995 before becoming a partner in 2002. Prior to this role, David worked as a Product Engineer at Motorola Semiconductor from 1988 to 1992, focusing on Fast Static RAM product engineering and design. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software/Hardware Engineer at Lockheed Missiles and Space, where work involved shuttle data systems. David holds a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law (1995) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin (1987), with initial studies at Oral Roberts University (1983-1984).
