Don Shiman

Don Shiman is a partner in the Tax Department at Haynes and Boone, LLP, where employment began in February 2015 after serving as an associate. Prior experience includes working as an associate in the Tax Department at Debevoise & Plimpton from November 2012 to January 2015, following a summer associate role at the same firm in 2011. Don Shiman holds an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University (2013-2017), a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School (2009-2012), a Master's in Talmudic Studies from Beth Medrash Govoha (2003-2009), and a Bachelor of Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College (1998-2003).
