Justin Riess

Justin Riess is a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP since March 2019, with a substantial background in corporate law, finance, and investments. Prior to this role, Justin served as a Partner at King & Spalding LLP from February 2011 to February 2019, where responsibilities included chairing the Franchise & Hospitality working group and representing financial institutions in various lending transactions.
