Mark Trachtenberg

Mark Trachtenberg is a partner in the appellate litigation section at Haynes and Boone, LLP, since March 2001, focusing on civil matters in federal and state appellate courts. Trachtenberg also works closely with trial counsel to enhance case outcomes through various legal strategies, including dispositive motions and challenges to expert testimonies. Prior to this role, Trachtenberg served as an associate at Mayor, Day, Caldwell & Keeton, LLP from September 1999 to March 2001 and as a judicial clerk for U.S. District Judge Lee H. Rosenthal from August 1998 to August 1999. Trachtenberg earned a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School in 1998 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994.
