Nicholas Hoffman

Nicholas Hoffman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in law firms. Since January 2013, Nicholas has served as a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP. Prior to this, Nicholas held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Ruben Companies from November 2008 to December 2011. Nicholas began the legal career as an Associate at Paul Hastings from November 2004 to November 2008, and also held Associate positions at White & Case for a brief period in 2004 and at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from 1998 to 2004. Nicholas earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law between 1995 and 1998, and holds a Master of Architecture in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania, completed in 1994, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History and Art History from the University of Virginia, obtained in 1990. Early education was completed at Choate Rosemary Hall from 1982 to 1986.
