Rob Lauer

Rob Lauer is a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP, where a focus is on Franchise and Distribution Law since January 2005. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Schlotzsky’s, Inc. from October 2002 to January 2005, and working as an Attorney at Jenkens & Gilchrist P.C. from July 1998 to September 2002, where membership in the Franchise and Distribution Law Practice Group was also held. Earlier in the career, Rob Lauer was a Briefing Attorney for Justice Terrie Livingston at the Second Court of Appeals of Texas from 1997 to 1998. Rob Lauer obtained a BA in Political Science from Trinity University in 1994 and a law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1997.
