Russ Emerson

Russ Emerson is a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP, where expertise lies in intellectual-property litigation, trial, and appellate work since April 2003. Prior to a legal career, Russ Emerson served as a Submarine Division Officer in the United States Navy from February 1989 to July 1994, gaining certification as a qualified engineer from United States Naval Reactors/Department of Energy.
