Scott Jarratt

Scott Jarratt is a Partner and Intellectual Property Attorney at Haynes and Boone, LLP, where tenure began in November 2009. In addition to this role, Scott serves as a Director on the Board of Directors for the PTAB Bar Association® from March 2022 to March 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Software Engineer at IBM from 2003 to 2006. Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, obtained between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, earned from 1999 to 2003.
