Shelley Rosensweig

Shelley Rosensweig is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in structuring and organizing both domestic and offshore alternative investment funds. As a founding member of Beyond Barriers since September 2021, Shelley plays a vital role in the organization's initiatives. Additionally, Shelley has been a partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP since December 2014, providing expert advice on investment portfolio design, operational matters, and various issues related to commodities, futures, and derivatives. Prior to that, Shelley served as a partner at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP from April 2001 to November 2014. Shelley holds a BA from the University of Michigan (1991-1995) and a JD from NY Law.
