Todd Garland

Todd Garland is a distinguished government contracts attorney and litigator with extensive experience in contract claims and disputes involving the federal government. Currently serving as a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP since January 2023 and a Member at Smith Pachter McWhorter PLC since August 2012, Todd advises clients on legal issues related to federal and private partnerships. Previous roles include Associate Attorney at Academi LLC and law clerk positions at Travis & Herbert Attorneys, PLLC and the Office of Congressman Geoff Davis. Todd also gained research experience as a Research Analyst for the Republican National Committee and as a Legislative Assistant for the National Rifle Association. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from William & Mary.
