Vera Suarez

Vera Suarez is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and engineering. Currently serving as a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP since March 2012, Vera has progressed from an Associate to a leading role in the firm. Prior experience includes a Summer IP Internship at ELZABURU in 2009 and a Consultant Engineer position at FM Global from 2004 to 2007. Vera also gained early experience as a Field Engineer Intern in Drilling and Measurements at SLB during the summer of 2003. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from SMU Dedman School of Law (2008-2011) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University (1999-2004), complemented by study at Universitat Politècnica de València in 2001-2002.
