Barney Ely

Barney Ely has been with Hays since 1998, currently serving as Managing Director for the South East since January 2009. Previously held positions include Director overseeing the Senior Finance specialism and Regional Director for Hampshire, Surrey, and Dorset. During the tenure, Barney managed multiple sites, direct reports, and staff, demonstrating strong leadership in various roles. Education includes a BA (Hons) in Business Studies specializing in Human Resources from London South Bank University, completed in 1993.
