Ginger Blanchon

Ginger Blanchon, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in education and human resources. Ginger began their career in 2008 at the Austin Independent School District, where they served as a Teacher and Staffing Specialist. Ginger later transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where they provided leadership in coordinating effective hiring campaigns and addressing personnel issues. In 2022, Ginger joined the Hays Consolidated Independent School District as the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition. Ginger was promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources in 2023.

Ginger Blanchon, SHRM-CP, completed their education at the University of the Incarnate Word. In 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Biology, General. Later, in 2008 to 2009, they obtained a Master of Arts degree with a specialization in Teaching. Additionally, Ginger Blanchon has gained certifications in "Veterans at Work" from the SHRM Foundation in December 2020 and obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in January 2019.
