Patricia Moreno

Patricia Moreno has extensive work experience in the field of education, specializing in music instruction. Patricia is currently serving as the Director of Fine Arts at Hays Consolidated Independent School District since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Austin Independent School District for over a decade as the Choral and Elementary Music Instructional Coordinator.
