Alexander Villalobos

Alexander Villalobos, MPA, has extensive experience in public safety, infrastructure, economic development, community engagement, operations management, and policy development. Alexander has held various leadership positions in law enforcement and emergency management at Hays County, National Emergency Management and Response, City of Kyle, and Texas State University. With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and a Master of Public Administration, Alexander has a strong background in managing operations, budgets, staff, and strategic planning.
