Abhijeet Mitkari is an experienced professional in data management and insights, currently serving as the Head of 'Data, Insights and Intelligence' at Hays since August 2011. Abhijeet has progressed through various managerial roles, focusing on people management, client relationship management, and analysis for business leaders. Key responsibilities include overseeing MI & analysis for global clients, managing key performance indicators and dashboards, and driving performance through team development and engagement. Prior experience includes roles at Aon Hewitt as a Business Analyst and at EXL as a Delivery Support Analyst, where Abhijeet honed skills in process improvement, data analysis, and client interactions.
