Amanda Willis has extensive experience in recruitment and management, currently serving as a Director at Hays since December 2016, where roles have included Senior Manager for Contract and Temporary Support in both Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area, as well as Team Lead for Legal and Bilingual Recruitment. Prior to joining Hays, Amanda began a career in retail at HomeSense from 2011 to 2016, where the role was Sales Associate. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ryerson University, earned from 2012 to 2016, and completed a French Immersion High School Program at Leaside High School from 2008 to 2012.
