David Lilley

David Lilley has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and management within the technology sector. Since June 2010, David has held multiple leadership roles at Hays, including SA State Director - Technology and Head of Technology Recruitment Delivery for the ANZ Region, showcasing a strong expertise in technology recruitment. Prior experience includes roles at Poolia as a Recruitment Consultant and at Thomas Cook as an Overseas Representative. David's career began in the Royal Air Force as an Acting Pilot Officer from 1999 to 2003. David holds a BSc Hons in Geography from Loughborough University, completed between 1999 and 2002.
