Jason Motley

Jason Motley serves as the Head of Learning and Development for North America and LATAM at Hays since May 2021, where responsibilities include architecting, implementing, and facilitating training programs tailored for diverse internal teams. Previous roles include Senior Business Partner in L&D at Hays and Trainer and Learning Designer at Kforce Inc, where Jason was recognized for excellence in performance and received multiple accolades. Jason's professional journey also encompasses expertise in translation and interpretation, evidenced by experience as a translator/interpreter and as an English professor. Educational credentials include two Bachelor's degrees in Foreign Language Teacher Education and Language Interpretation and Translation, alongside a license as an Emergency Medical Technician.
