Justine Ascensio

Justine Ascensio currently serves as the Country HR Manager for Iberia at Kramp and also works as the HR Consulting Solutions Manager for Hays Executive in Spain. With a robust background in human resources, Justine has held significant roles at prominent companies including Hitachi Astemo as an HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed HR development processes, talent management, and overseeing a large reorganization project. Previous experience includes HR roles at GEFCO, General Cable, SCC France, and Continental, contributing to various aspects of HR such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training. Justine holds a Mastère Professionnel in Management and Human Resources from IGS-RH and has a Baccalauréat from Lycée Jacques Amyot.
