Katy Sturgess

Katy Sturgess has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, with a career spanning over 37 years at Hays, where Katy has held various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Business Director in the Audit, Risk & Compliance division, responsibility includes managing a team and specializing in the recruitment of qualified and experienced professionals in Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance across the South of England. Prior to this, Katy worked in Senior Finance recruitment and gained foundational experience as a Trainee Accountant at Beecham Group PLC (now GSK). Katy holds a BSc Hons degree in Zoology from the University of Leeds.
