Mark is an experienced technology leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale global digital and IT transformation in both the private and public sectors. He has held senior leadership roles at companies including Vodafone, Inchcape, Boots, and HM Revenue & Customs. Mark brings deep expertise in enterprise IT strategy, innovation, and operational delivery, with a focus on improving customer experience, resilience, and efficiency.
