Oliver Matthes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce solutions, currently serving as the Managing Director for Hays Nordics and Hays Sweden since November 2017. In this role, Oliver leads various teams focused on Candidate Experience, Strategic Sourcing, Strategy & Innovations, Corporate Procurement, Corporate Communications, and Quality & Processes, ensuring a best-in-class experience for candidates and clients. Previously, Oliver held roles as Director EMEA at KellyOCG, where expertise in managed service provider solutions and recruitment processes was emphasized, and had a successful tenure at Hays in various capacities including Strategic Relationship Manager and Senior Consultant Technology. Oliver began the career in sales at HDI-Gerling, transitioning from a trainee to Relationship Manager, focusing on customer acquisition and relationship management in the institutional sector.
