Ricardo Reis

Ricardo Reis has extensive experience in product management and service delivery, currently serving as the Head of Technical Product Management & Service Delivery for UK&I/EMEA/Americas at Hays since March 2017. In this role, Ricardo has managed the full product life cycle, focusing on problem identification and enhancement through data analysis and user research. Previous positions held at Hays include Principal Product Manager, Senior Digital Product Manager, and Digital & Innovation Systems Product Manager. Ricardo also has experience as a Business Analyst, enhancing productivity across business and IT development teams. Prior to Hays, Ricardo worked as an Information Technology Administrator at IMO Precision Controls Ltd from February 2014 to February 2017, providing IT support to global users and third-party organizations.
