Taya Bickle

Taya Bickle is an experienced professional currently serving as a Business Manager and Project Delivery Manager at Hays since February 2023. Taya previously held roles at Kentish Holdings as Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman & Founder and at Hays in various capacities, including Team Leader in Document Control APAC and Senior Service Delivery Coordinator. Taya’s earlier tenure at BHP involved supporting the Heads of HR as an Executive Assistant. Prior to extensive experience in project coordination and administration, Taya worked at Hays in multiple positions, such as Account Coordinator and Personal Assistant to various directors. Taya began the career as a Receptionist at Redwood Capital Group. Taya is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Nursing at CQUniversity and holds a Cert IV in Fitness from FIT College.
