Thomas Rogers

Thomas Rogers has over a decade of experience in recruitment and management, currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays since March 2018. Prior to this role, Thomas spent nearly seven years as a Section Coordinator at Marks and Spencer, where responsibilities included managing a team of 45 line reports and overseeing departmental operations. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Accounting and Finance from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2011, and achieved GCSE qualifications at Harlington Upper between 2006 and 2009.
